Protection Plan
  • Our office offers an additional Protection Plan that you can purchase on top of the manufacturing warranty. The plan must be purchased at the same date of purchase of the glasses. With a copay, you'll receive a complete replacement of your current frame + lenses.
  • No questions asked! Whether your dog chewed on it, you sat on it, or your child tossed it across the room. Only three requirements: Lenses must have a non-glare coating, you have to bring a piece of the frame back, and does not cover for lost & stolen pairs.​​​​​​​
  • Ask our staff about this Protection Plan to protect you investment pair of glasses!
How to Maintain Your Frames
  • Always use a soft cleaning cloth and lens cleaner to clean your glasses.
  • Do not use alcohol or household cleaner such as Windex, which will damage the non glare anti-reflective lens coating.
  • Store your glasses in a case to prevent lenses and frames from being damaged.
  • Never leave your glasses in the car. The heat can damage the frame and lens.
Adjustments
  • We will custom fit and adjust your glasses when dispensed to you.
  • We recommend that you get your frames adjusted once or twice a year.
  • Visit us periodically for a complimentary cleaning and adjustment on your glasses.
  • Need to deep clean your glasses? Let us help you with our in house Ultrasonic cleaner.
Frame Warranty
  • Every frame has a one time warranty within 12 months from the original purchase date for all manufacture defects. The warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer and may require evaluation and/or photos before offering a new replacement.
Our Lens Warranty
  • Lenses purchased with an Anti-reflective coating have a one time warranty within 12 months from date of purchase. If you scratch the lens, let us know and we will order a replacement for you. (Limitations apply)
Exclusions
  • Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen eye wear, or severe accidental damage (run over by a car, stepped on, chewed by pet, glue/chemical damage, and unauthorized third party repair).​​​​​​​
Having Trouble Adjusting?
  • You have 60 days from the date of purchase to let us know if you're having any trouble seeing with your new eyewear.
  • Not adapting to progressive lenses? We will remake the lenses into a single vision or lined bifocal. Please note the original cost of lenses cannot be refunded.
  • ​​​​​​​Want to upgrade to different lens design or lens feature? You will only be charge the upgraded price difference.
