• Some people eat to live.  Dr. Le lives to eat!  She has eaten many exotic food and will try (mostly) anything once.
• Dr. Le loves eating fruits, especially when they are pre-cut.
• Dr. Le's dream job is that of Anthony Bourdain's (RIP Anthony) and exploring different cultures through food.

In her spare time, Dr. Le enjoys simple times with her friends and family.  You will also find her bike riding with her husband and sons through the neighborhoods for Austin, exploring our local restaurants and parks.  Dr. Le's favorite quote is from Master Oogway: "There is a saying: yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift.  That is why it is called the Present".
